She identified Panorama as a central data dashboard that pulls Synergy attendance and grade data nightly to help teams screen students and document interventions.
On early results, Coney noted that use of Panorama rose substantially and that attendance data showed improvement in several grade bands. “We’ve seen a 35% increase since from last fall to this fall,” she said of analytics usage tied to MTSS workflows. She acknowledged persistent hurdles — time, workflow changes and the need for ongoing coaching — but described specific examples where high‑school and elementary teams used screening data to activate supports.
Board members asked about teacher adoption and resistance; Coney said take‑up varies by school and that professional development and coaching are essential to reach consistent use across buildings.
