Board outlines superintendent-evaluation process and public reporting timeline
At the Feb. 12 work session the board reviewed a Google Form-based evaluation of the superintendent, described a 0.5'to'4.0 scoring scale and evidence requirements, set a submission deadline "by 4 p.m. on the 20th," and said a public summary letter will follow the March 5 board meeting.

The Gresham-Barlow SD 10J board used part of its Feb. 12 work session to explain the superintendent-evaluation process and public timeline. Committee leads said members will receive a Google Form that mirrors the superintendent's self-evaluation; the tool asks board members to score four conditions on a 0.5-to-4.0 scale (half-point increments) and supply at least two pieces of evidence supporting each score.
