Treasurer: district moving toward release from state oversight, recovery plan submitted

Treasurer Mr. Adams told the board the oversight office is reviewing the district's financial recovery plan and that staff are preparing release documents; he said he expects the release process to proceed smoothly after passage of renewal levies.
