3) Attribution lock: Quotes and attributions in articles map to the speaker list built from explicit self-identification or introductions in the transcript. When a line in the transcript could not be mapped to an identified speaker, the text was presented without personal attribution.
4) Quantitative precision: Numeric KPIs (56 indicators; roughly "30% on track; ~60% in progress") are reported as stated and flagged as approximate when the transcript used general phrasing. Budget and contract dollar amounts were not in the transcript and therefore not reported; the articles state that specifics were not provided.
5) Legal references: The transcript referenced a state bill (verbal citation S.8597) and district resolutions (26.32; 26-322). Where transcript phrasing was garbled, the article reports the wording as "as cited in meeting" and recommends verification in the official board packet.
