During the Nov. 4 meeting of the Maple Run Unified School District ESP Negotiations Committee, members voted to move into executive session, citing a legal basis recorded in the transcript as "VSA 3 13." A committee member said the statutory reason was that "premature knowledge would place the board committee at substantial disadvantage."
