The board approved payment of December 2024 bills totaling $940,588.72 following a motion and voice vote. The board separately approved two referendum-related bill batches: Part 1 for $625,828.34 and Part 2 for $124,688.03. Board members also approved and filed the November 2024 financial statements.
Chair read multiple philanthropic gifts and the board voted to accept them: an anonymous $630 designated for reading kits, several Angel Fund contributions (including $300 from Pat, Lois, Sean, Ryan and Hannah Stapleton and $128 from Saint Peter the Fisherman), $100 from the Association of Wisconsin School Administrators to Koenig Elementary in memory of Jacob Baer, a donated MacBook Pro for educational use and in-kind items (a 10-pound ham and winter coats) for a family in need. A board member moved to accept the donations and the motion carried by voice vote.
