The superintendent explained the district’s evaluation process to the board, saying members will receive electronic materials a few days before the February meeting and that the formal evaluation is due in March under state statute. He asked board members to rate five priority areas drawn from the district strategic plan — empowering students, enriching facilities, energizing the team, engaging the community and aligning resources — and to provide both numeric ratings and written comments to support development.
