Property purchase: The council authorized purchase of real property at 215 Country Club Road (adjacent to the fire station) and authorized encumbering funds not to exceed $1,050,000 from capital outlay land accounts for future municipal uses. Staff said the property is appropriately located for municipal expansion and that negotiations are at the title company for closing. The motion passed unanimously.
