The Commission approved a final site plan for a new 2,938 sq ft Chase Bank with an ATM drive-through in Westridge Square, granting nine modifications — including a 140.8-foot interior-side setback, orientation toward the development interior, reduced stacking and lane width for the ATM, and landscaping/buffer adjustments — by unanimous votes with staff conditions for final recording.
