District administrators summarized a condensed three-year comprehensive plan and described a proposed PowerSchool early-warning dashboard (grant-funded for five years) to identify students at academic, behavioral or social risk and support timely interventions.

Mr. Alban presented the Upper Adams SD's draft three-year comprehensive plan at the curriculum committee meeting, saying the district will condense a 70-plus page document into a shorter presentation for public review before a March board vote. "We're gonna take the 70 plus page and we're gonna shrink it down to a 14 slide PowerPoint this evening," he said, adding that the plan will be available for 30 days for community feedback and submitted to the state after board approval.
