Finance staff reported on a recent request for proposals for audit services. Two firms replied: JB Watson (the incumbent) and BRC (Charlotte). Staff compared proposed hours, partner involvement and client size and concluded JB Watson proposed more audit hours and a larger proportion of partner time at a lower overall cost.
