Trustees request new security camera server amid concerns about Hikvision equipment

Supervisor Anne Marie Graham Hudak said the board requested a new security camera server because several cameras in the current system no longer work or are no longer supported by the manufacturer due to age. She said the existing system also includes Hikvision devices, which she identified as a China-based surveillance camera company that the FCC has barred from government agencies and U.S. government contractors.
