The Mansfield Zoning Board of Adjustment on Sept. 3 approved a special exception allowing an existing accessory building at 2150 McDonald Lane to remain 5 feet from the side property line rather than the 9 feet required by ordinance. The board attached conditions that the property owner secure required building or demolition permits and meet the requirements of Section 155.099(B)(5)(f) before a building permit for the structure will be finalized.
