The Hernando County Planning & Zoning Commission approved a conditional use permit (H2601) allowing petitioner Robert Creekmore to use a recreational vehicle as a temporary security residence during construction of a modular home. Creekmore said living on site would help deter theft of building materials and equipment. Staff reviewed the application and recommended approval, and the commission voted 5–0 to grant the permit.
