Board clears several rezones, industrial and subdivision items in routine land-use session
The county commission unanimously approved several non-controversial rezoning and master-plan items, including a heavy-highway commercial PDP at Lake Lindsay Road, multiple residential rezones and two subdivision hardship reliefs; staff said items are consistent with the comp plan and conditions will be enforced at permitting.
