The Okeechobee County Planning Board adopted its 2026 regular meeting schedule on Jan. 27. Staff presented a calendar proposing meetings at 6 p.m. on the fourth Tuesday of each month from January through October, with one meeting each for November and December (both at 6 p.m.). A board member moved to adopt the schedule as presented; the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote.
The board also noted that staff will contact members about reappointments and that reappointments typically appear before the Board of County Commissioners in February.
