On Jan. 27 the Okeechobee County Planning Board voted to recommend that the Board of County Commissioners adopt a package of comprehensive plan amendments covering the introduction through Section 15 of the plan, including updated future land use, transportation and other elements intended to reflect recent statutory changes and a 2045 vision for growth.
