Mesquite commission approves conditional use permit to extend temporary concrete batch plant
The Planning & Zoning Commission unanimously approved a conditional use permit allowing Austin Bridge & Road to keep a temporary concrete batch plant at 3220 E. U.S. Highway 80 until June 30, 2029, subject to staff stipulations including nontransferability, equipment removal rules and termination after repeated violations.

The Mesquite Planning and Zoning Commission voted unanimously to grant a conditional use permit that will let Austin Bridge & Road continue operating a temporary concrete batch plant at 3220 East U.S. Highway 80 through June 30, 2029, subject to conditions recommended by city staff.
