The Mesquite Board of Adjustment approved a special exception Sept. 25 to allow an oversized rear accessory structure at a property listed variously in the record (Clear Bridal/Clear Meadow). Staff said the applicant requested a 1,200-square-foot structure roughly 21 feet in height to store an RV and possibly a large truck; staff recommended approval after reviewing lot coverage and compatibility standards.
