Adam Bailey presented a request from Centurion American to amend PD ordinances to allow a 30‑foot multi‑tenant freestanding sign at a commercial site near I‑635 and Rodeo Center Boulevard. Perla Tavares for the applicant said a larger sign helps market the center to prospective tenants; she offered flexibility to reduce height to 28 feet for continuity with nearby signs.
