Council approved a planned-development amendment allowing a three-building, 36-unit multifamily development at 4741 North Galloway with modified standards to permit 10 parking spaces in the front setback; Planning & Zoning had recommended approval 7–0. Applicant said the project will be market-rate, with 18 one-bedroom and 18 two-bedroom units.
