Commission approves amendment shrinking Phase 1 of Firefly mixed‑use development
The commission voted 5-0 to amend Plan Development 272 (Firefly), reducing Phase 1 commercial space from 650,000 to 450,000 square feet and reducing Phase 1 residential units from 1,400 to 966; staff recommended the changes and a comprehensive sign package was adopted with the motion.
