The Santa Rosa County Marine Advisory Committee elected a new chair during its Feb. 3, 2026 meeting. A member nominated the present attendee (speaker 2), the nomination was seconded by Stephen Comb, and the committee voted to install the nominee, after which the newly elected chair took over running the agenda.
