Applicant Eric Modier said the accessory structure at 7612 LakeCrest Circle was permitted originally for a 13‑foot high structure 5 feet from the rear property line, but after a revision the structure needed to be 8 feet from the rear. Modier said the permit was permitted under an employee who no longer works for the city and that the owner widened one side and submitted revised plans, so a variance application was required.
