McCutcheon High School sports complex phase 1 gets conditional drainage approval
The drainage board granted conditional construction approval for phase 1 of the McCutcheon High School sports complex, with the condition that downstream landowners be notified about an outlet in a drainage easement; detention rates and water quality standards were confirmed.

Ricardo Vasquez of CEC / San Lorenzo Consultants presented phase 1 of the McCutcheon High School Sports Complex, describing tennis courts, additional parking and a concession building as part of a near-30-acre master plan. He said the overall master plan includes a dry detention pond intended to serve both phases, but the board considered only the phase-1 elements.
