Mona City Planning and Zoning approved two building permits on March 4, 2026, while attaching conditions intended to ensure site-safety and code compliance. The commission voted to authorize issuance for a residential building permit at 278 South 300 North provided Lane signs off on the revised gas-line alignment and smoke-detector locations before the permit is issued.
