Council member Ramakas moved to certify that a closed session was held on Monday, Feb. 2, 2026, in accordance with state code citation 2.2‑3711(A)(1) (personnel); the council voted on the certification and approved continuing the closed session to Feb. 23, 2026. The motion passed on roll call.
