Case 205‑1231H: Traywick then presented a request to rezone roughly 0.5 acre to neighborhood commercial for a counseling service (applicant representing Jeremy Grunnell). The request included a variance to reduce a required 30‑foot buffer to 15 feet for an existing building. The Planning Commission recommended approval with the condition that the encroachment apply only to the office building shown on the site plan. Commissioner Cagle moved to accept the recommendation and the variance condition; the board approved the motion unanimously.
