Council allocates Arlington’s 91 TAD votes, nominates Syeda Sayed for vacant seat
Council heard updated TAD ballot tallies and agreed on an allocation of the city’s 91 votes (Allred 1, Burgess 53, Crowell 33, Sayed 4) and to nominate Syeda Sayed to replace resigning board member Alan Blaylock; final appointment will be made by the TAD board within 45 days of nominations.
