Planning staff presented an amendment to an existing specific-use permit (SUP25110044) for a Tesla site to clarify operational plans related to sales, service, charging and limited cleaning of autonomous vehicles. Staff recommended language tying the SUP definition of "autonomous vehicle" to section 545.451 of the Texas Transportation Code.
