Rio Rancho board approves Mellon Ridge phase 2, Stone Mountain extension, contractor yard and street-name change
At its monthly meeting the Rio Rancho Planning and Zoning Board approved the Mellon Ridge Phase 2 final plat (74 single-family lots), a Stone Mountain preliminary-plat extension, a conditional-use permit for a contractor's yard, and a street-name change to extend Cabazon Boulevard SE. Approvals were unanimous and staff will finalize findings and conditions.
