Commission schedules public hearings on surplus property and development amendment

Jamie Dailing of CDS asked commissioners to set a public hearing for Feb. 3, 2026, at 2 p.m. to consider an amendment to the Sun KDA development agreement. Dailing stated the hearing date and time and asked the board to place the amendment on the public-notice schedule.
