Town finance staff reported through-March results for the Community Center Fund show overall revenues at about 87% of budget (ahead of the 75% benchmark), contracted operating revenue (golf/Indigo) at 98% and a projected $460,000 surplus compared with a budgeted $450,000 deficit.
