Finance committee tightens rules on completion grants, approves multiple budget measures
The Duval County Finance Committee adopted an amendment to prohibit funding unfunded completion grants with debt and approved a string of budget and CIP measures, leaving the committee with a much smaller unfunded completion grant balance. Several bills and neighborhood amendments passed by unanimous 7-0 votes.
