Committee backs developer plan to activate Lincoln Lane, sends items MB2/MB10 to commission

The committee heard a developer presentation on a multi‑block effort to reactivate Lincoln Lane north of Lincoln Road and recommended the linked items (MB2 and MB10) be returned to the full City Commission with favorable recommendations. Ozzy Dominguez (asset management) introduced the linked items and Michael Comres, the property owner/developer, said the plan would create a covered paseos or "via" to transform rear alleys into a micro district of small boutiques and cafes aimed at attracting local residents.
