Commissioners and staff reported on a site visit to the fairgrounds with the contractor and architect, identifying unfinished or improper work that the architect said the contractor must correct. Items cited included incomplete caulking and mirror framing in bathrooms, damaged stall edging in a new stall, single-coat painting where priming was needed, and a rainwater drainage issue near a major electrical box (the contractor later installed a gutter to reroute runoff).
