Council splits DCAD votes three ways and later amends town manager compensation after closed session

Council split its 42 votes for the Denton Central Appraisal District election among three nominees (Mike Henifer, Ann Pamicle, Jordan Villarreal) by a 4-1 vote, then convened into closed session and unanimously approved an amendment to the town manager's compensation package on return to open session.
