Board hears update on billing system and Warmth assistance program
Staff reported the new utility billing software is operating more smoothly than the old system and outlined the Warmth program, which collects donations year-round for Hastings Utilities customers and distributes funds via the Salvation Army between Dec. 1 and April 30.
