The county attorney asked the board to set a public hearing on proposed minor amendments to chapter 4, section 4‑9 of the Nassau County Code of Ordinances to create a limited exception for events approved by the judiciary or county. Commissioner Huttman moved to set a hearing for March 23 during the regular meeting; the motion was seconded by Commissioner Martin and approved by voice vote.
