Staff recommended, and the commission imposed as conditions of approval, that waste be disposed of using residential-style waste containers, that any future dumpster require review and approval by the Building and Zoning Department, and that future interior or exterior improvements and signage be submitted for departmental review and approval.
A motion to approve the permit was made, seconded and approved by the commissioners. Staff said the Building and Zoning Department will verify whether the application was submitted through the portal and will follow up if materials were submitted separately.
The approval authorizes the business to proceed under the conditions noted; the building and zoning staff will complete final administrative review and permit issuance.
