The Madison County Board adopted multiple land‑use actions on Jan. 20, approving a special‑use permit for an agritourism operation (Z20‑0068), a variance to allow a garage 13 feet from the property line (Z20‑0070), and a five‑year temporary special‑use for a double‑wide mobile home (Z20‑0071). Each action came with committee recommendations and conditions required by the Madison County Zoning Ordinance.
