Staff updates: solar projects, PJM transmission study noted; commissioners to request production data
Planning staff updated Commissioners on approved and pending solar projects and reported the Board left Commission membership unchanged. Commissioner Belinda Strom said PJM will run another transmission study that could require some lines to be upgraded from 115 kV to 230 kV; staff offered to request production figures from local solar operators at Red House and Twitty’s Creek.
