Fulton County reappoints planning and conservation directors, authorizes treasurer changes

Bunch moved to reappoint Russell McLucas to a four-year term as a Conservation District Director ending Dec. 31, 2029. Both motions passed unanimously.
Commissioner Hann moved to approve Community State Bank documents to add or remove authorized check signers as part of the Treasurer's Office transition; the board approved the execution of the bank documents. Interim County Treasurer Amy Bishop presented proposed changes to Treasurer's Office operating procedures and Commissioner Bunch authorized the changes as presented. The minutes do not list the exact modifications to procedures or the names of signers added or removed.
The board also approved payroll dated Dec. 12, 2025 ($151,302.01) and payables dated Dec. 9, 2025 ($152,517.49) with line-item fund allocations recorded in the minutes. The meeting adjourned at 11:02 a.m.
