Fulton County commissioners unanimously adopted a tentative budget for 2026 at their Nov. 25 meeting and set final adoption for Dec. 30, 2025. Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to adopt the budget as presented by County CFO Mike Lamb and Fiscal Administrator Sue Reed; the motion carried with all in favor.
