Shawna Rupp, representing the Kingfisher Chamber, presented a proposal Jan. 20 for a Centennial Wall to be installed in front of the Kingfisher County Courthouse. Rupp told commissioners that Chisholm Trail Technology students would assist in designing the display and a publicly accessible list and map that would show where names appear on the wall. The minutes record the presentation but do not show any formal motion or vote on the project.
