Boulder Town Council unanimously approved three administrative items during a Feb. 10 special meeting: adoption of the meeting agenda, a public entity resolution to enable CPA banking functions and a planned transition to the State Bank of Southern Utah, and an ethical behavior pledge form distributed by the State Auditor’s Office.
