Commission approves fairgrounds master‑plan revisions, event permit and multiple replats

GIS Technician Johnny Montiel presented three summary replat requests: combining Lots 1–6 of Block 17 of the East Portales Addition into one lot (B&B Merritt), combining Lots 5–8 of Block 2 of Oakwood Manor Estates into three lots (Max Merrick), and combining Lots 11–13 of Block 3 of Valley View Estates into one lot (Steve Orrell). Montiel reported no adverse comments from utilities or neighboring property owners and that the requests met applicable rules; the commission approved each replat by unanimous motion.
