Dodge County approves conditional use permit for Scott Real Estate Services subdivision

Dodge County supervisors unanimously approved a conditional use permit and subdivision request from Scott Real Estate Services Inc. for Tax Lot 8 in Section 36-17-9E in Zoning District A-2 during a public hearing held March 4, 2026. Zoning Administrator Jeff Ray told the board the Dodge County Planning Commission had unanimously recommended approval; with no testimony for or against the proposal, the board accepted the recommendation and approved the request, finding the conditional use conforms to district regulations.
