After an executive session on May 30, the Roosevelt County Commission returned to open session and Commissioner Tina Dixon said only agenda items were discussed and no action was taken in closed session. Dixon then announced that County Manager Annette Kirk submitted a letter of resignation effective July 31, 2025.
