Manager reports park heating problems, bond increase and solid mid‑year finances
Town Manager Brock Hall reported Jan. 5 that portable heaters are in use at park restrooms while repairs are arranged, the Finance Officer's bond was increased to $1 million at auditor recommendation and the Town had received about 57% of expected revenue and spent about 29% of budgeted expenses at midyear.

Town Manager Brock Hall told the Midway Town Council on Jan. 5 that park restrooms and the park office are using portable heaters while staff await repairs to the heating system. Hall said staff are managing the issue and repairs are pending.
